Seeking Part-Time Nanny For Two Incredible Kids!

We have two children (2 & 4), and our 4-year-old has just begun UPK! We are looking for a part-time nanny for our 2-year-old. We have had an incredible part-time nanny for our two children the past couple years, and while she is still part of our kids lives, she is scaling back a bit. Ideally we are looking for someone who can watch our 2-year-old two days / week 9-5ish and who may be available for occasional baby-sitting. That being said the most important thing to us is to have a care giver who loves children, is emotionally intelligent, patient and caring :) Our 2-year-old is happy, smart and funny. Our 4-year-old is inquisitive sweet and silly. We live on a unique and beautiful piece of land with lots of great things to do for kids!
