2 Days Per Week Nanny For 18 Month Girl

Baby Girl was born end of April 2024. PT 16 hrs total per week starting as soon as available. Schedule 2 days per week, each day at 8 hours. $20+/hr depending on experience. Montessori learning focused a must. Looking for someone who enjoys playing outdoors with a toddler, and, understands the importance of learning thru nature. Kind, nurturing and patient qualities required. We love our current nanny but she only works part time. So we're looking for someone to compliment her shifts. Your Shift Options would be: - Option A: Mondays & Tuesdays - Option B: Thursdays & Fridays - Option C: Fridays & Mondays We work from home so our start/end times are flexible, so do feel free to let us know what works for you! This is a nanny role in our home. We are not interested in sending her to a daycare away from our home. Please, part time in-home nanny applicants only. Montessori learning. "Follow the child" approach. Our daughter loves to be outside! Rain, snow or shine, we have the outdoor gear and clothing to keep her dry and warm. She also loves books! Looking for someone who enjoys reading many children's books. No TV or devices in our home. So she really likes to pretend play with her toys and stuffed animals. Learning to potty train. We're looking for someone who loves to interact and teach thru play! Must be kind, patient and fun for a silly toddler. We have a driveway and garage for parking. No pets. No animals.
