We are expecting a baby boy through surrogacy in January 2026 (delivery may be earlier due to a scheduled C-section). Our home is in Long Island, New York. We are looking for a certified and experienced doula or Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to support us during the first weeks with our newborn. Details: First 1- 2 weeks: Full-time live-in care (24/7 support). Following 6 weeks: Overnight care (8 hours per night). Duties: Newborn care, feeding support, soothing, establishing healthy sleep and care routines, and providing guidance to new parents. Requirements: Certified doula and/or certified NCS strongly preferred Previous newborn, overnight, and live-in care experience Nurturing, reliable, and comfortable with both live-in and overnight roles
