The family has active schedules and values someone who brings warmth, reliability, and a proactive spirit to their daily routine. The Role (Day-to-Day Care) This position focuses on childcare and family support, including helping with morning and after-school routines, driving the children to activities, organizing their spaces, managing family errands/laundry, meal prep, and keeping the home tidy and well-organized. While the role centers around childcare and family assistance, deep cleaning is optional and may be added for those who enjoy it, at a higher hourly rate. The family is looking for someone who approaches their work with care, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for creating a calm, well-managed home environment. Travel Weekend travel to the family's second home in Smithstown, NY, with all accommodations and meals provided.
