We're two full-time working parents with two boys (6 and 4) seeking a reliable, caring person for consistent childcare and light household help. One parent works from home and one commutes a few days a week. Schedule: Mon-Thu, 2-6 p.m. (extra hours possible on snow or no-school days). Duties: School pickups in our minivan, playtime, crafts, reading, outdoor activities, light meal prep, tidying, kids' laundry, and occasional errands or dog care (two friendly hypoallergenic Bernedoodles). Requirements: Experience with kids ages 4-6, multiple positive references, clean driving record, own transportation, dependable and comfortable with dogs. We're near Marbletown Town Park and offer a short paid trial visit to start.
