Recurring Afterschool Care For 2-3 Kiddos

I have three awesome kids who are all in school with after school activities some days. I'm looking for a fun, caring person who can pick them up at school, bring them home or directly to activities and then home, and feed them healthy food before, during, or after. My oldest is 14 and pretty self-sufficient other than needing transportation. The other two need significant actual care and engagement. They are easy and fun kids. The house is well set up for young people, cooking, and activities. I'm pretty flexible but looking to get into a routine that gets me some support 3-5 days per week.
