Recurring Babysitter/Nanny Needed For 11 M/O Twin Girls In Kingston

My husband and I have 11-month-old twin girls and an almost 9-year-old daughter who lives with her mom 50% of the time. We're looking for in-home care at our home in Kingston for the babies approximately 2 days a week and the occasional night / weekend so we can do a date night here and there. My MIL currently watches them 4 days a week and I work from home on Wednesdays, but as the girls get bigger and more mobile, we are going to need more help. The days/times are flexible as my MIL can adjust what days she comes. My stepdaughter does live with us 50% of the time. She gets herself on and off the bus, but she will be there occasionally as well. We do have pets, so please consider that when applying.
