Recurring Babysitter For Active 2 Year Old Toddler

We are more of a child lead approach kind of family. We don't restrict our child from reaching milestones and like her being independent (but monitored) in figuring out her likes and wants. We love the outdoors and I personally hate clutter and disorganization, although the men in my house don't really care to much. My family is busy but we have been managing the schedule well until recently were we would require a babysitter regularly 2 days out of the week to cover some overlap in our schedule My child loves just generally being around others. She enjoys being outdoors and exploring. She loves frozen, Bluey and Mickey Mouse. I tend to try to get her to participate in activities outside of tv. She is really independent so she tends to not want help and will request to do activities and lead you to activities she would prefer to do. My child needs help with potty training as we a currently working on that. We're also currently working on speech and expressing wants and needs. Patience, kindness, a love for the outdoors, experience with children is preferred, CPR training is a plus but not necessary as my child has never had any difficulties with food and no concern for delay in development. We have a driveway to park in. There is no real public transportation around here so someone with a reliable vehicle is preferred. I have a female pitbull/ bull mastiff mix named arty. She is weary of strangers so she will be away for the first several interactions as she needs to get to know you supervised before being comfortable with you. I have a Yorkie who is all bark no bite. His name is Rockie, he remains in the front room and is not allowed in the rest of the house when we're not home. I have 2 cats Duzy (black and white) and Tigger (tabby). Duzy can be skittish and will most likely avoid you, however Tigger is friendly and loves attention. We also have 4 parakeets (flapjack, pancake, blueberry bagel and cream cheese). So comfort around animals is a must.
