Looking for an experienced, reliable caregiver to focus on my toddler's daily development. Grandma will be caring for our 4-month-old. The role is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (with possible extra hours on Tuesday and Thursday) for about 4 hours per day. Responsibilities include creating and leading Montessori-inspired activities, exercising, engaging in hands-on play, and keeping the area tidy. Must be fully present (no phone use), non-smoker, and passionate about early childhood learning and engagement.
