Seeking Regular Babysitter/part-time Nanny For Our 6-year-old

Looking for a regular babysitter or part-time nanny to care for our son a couple of afternoons per week from around 2-6 p.m. The start date and schedule are currently somewhat flexible. The ideal person would have a calm demeanor and strong listening and communication skills. We are interested in working with someone with a genuine interest in child development. We are respectful employers and truly value and fairly pay anyone who takes care of our child. At least one reference is required.
