The ideal candidate is warm, engaging, and patient, with a natural ability to balance playtime and learning opportunities. We value someone who brings creativity and energy to each day, encourages curiosity, and maintains a consistent routine that supports development. Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, feeding already prepared meals, cleaning up after meal/snack time, assisting with naps and transitions, and helping to instill good manners and independence. Reliability, strong communication, and a genuine love for children are musts.
