As a Suffolk Health Provider you will provide social and supportive services to children and youth with mental, developmental or medical needs. Your job is to work 1:1 with children in the home or community, helping them build independence and life skills based on their individual goals. Your role is not to do things for the child but to teach and guide them so they can become more independent over time. High School Diploma- 35/hr, BA is 40/hr. Flexible Schedule/ Great Part time job.
