Part-Time Nanny Needed

We're looking for part-time help with our almost 2-year-old son. He's a sweet, curious, and easygoing toddler who loves to play, read, and explore outside. We're looking for someone kind, reliable, and flexible to help 1 to 3 days a week. Our schedule can be unpredictable, so good communication and flexibility are key. Mornings may include getting him ready, playtime, reading, tidying up, nap, lunch, and occasional school drop-off (less than 20 mins away, so a reliable car is needed). We may also need help some evenings (1 to 3x/month), occasional Saturdays, and every other Tuesday morning. We're calm group and have one small friendly dog, and keep screen time minimal. We'd love to find someone who feels like family, is kind, dependable, and enjoys spending time with little ones!
