Mothers Helper Wanted For Newborn

Expecting our first child end of April and will need a mother's helper 2-3 days a week, appx. 8am-1:30 p.m. - ideally to start mid-late July but exact eta is tbd. We are a 2 mom family with a friendly golden retriever. both work - expecting mother WFH with some on site visits outside of the home, schedule can vary. I expect to be home most of the time, but want the baby on a routine schedule with a caretaker as I'll still need to focus on work some days, and want our baby to feel comfortable with someone when I need to work outside the home and or run errands etc. 2nd mom works outside the home and is home around 1:30/2pm, with some overtime. While extended hours are unexpected they may pop up if both moms work past 2 p.m. (very rare) we would always communicate prior to allow time to plan and ensure this is okay for everyone's schedule
