We're a laid back and fun bunch. Our 3-year-old daughter I is super smart, funny, and kind. Sadly, our amazing nanny moved, so we're looking for someone new while we work from home. We're looking for someone high energy and who loves kids, believes in allowing kids to explore and learn at their own pace. Someone who loves to play, dance, sing, and be silly. We follow gentle parenting, teaching her to listen to her body, express her needs, be kind to others, and expect kindness in return. We set age-appropriate boundaries to keep her safe and hold them firmly yet with empathy. She is a curious kid who is able to understand the reasoning behind things when it's explained to her.
