Reliable Babysitter Needed!

Hi there! I'm in search of a reliable babysitter to help me year long with various commitments I have for myself and the kids. I have two girls ages 2&4. They are very active! They love reading, playing, and anything outdoors. It's becoming increasingly difficult bringing everyone to all activities :) I also would enjoy help during my own doctor's appointments, when I need to run errands, and staying with my youngest daughter when my older daughter has sports.
