Babysitter Needed For Autistic Teen

We are looking for a patient caregiver for our autistic grandson with multiple health challenges. The ideal candidate would have reliable transportation, be ok with the family dog, and a non-smoker. This would include both times when we are home so I can get things done around the house as well as times when my husband and I go out for the day/evening and if it works out for some occasional overnights when we go out of town. Our grandson has PTSD in addition and is easily triggered so a calm patient demeanor is very important so he does have panic attacks that can escalate. We can provide training if needed to help understand and accommodate the need for a trauma based approach.
