Responsibilities include after-school pickup and occasional driving (driving a must and valid license required), preparing simple snacks, light tidying, laundry, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and creating a fun, patient environment. Keeping the kids rooms and common areas tidy. Naturally helpful and proactive that remembers routines and can follow a written schedule. Comfortable working independently without needing frequent check-ins. You will play board games, enjoy outdoor activities, and support homework on Google classroom or independent study habits (higher rate for direct homework help).
