About the job
The oldest and youngest are high functioning autism spectrum kids. They would be the ones there mostly. They are into video games, art, Lego, theatre. With a fairly quick online course the pay would be $15/hr for each of them ($30 total) . The middle kid would be there most Mondays and Fridays but is often otherwise picked up pretty quick to go to hockey. We would discuss the additional pay for him. Hes into sports, video games, fishing, and friends. He largely can manage himself.
