Do you love working with children and making a difference in their lives? Candidates will lead a class of young children, supporting their educational, social and emotional needs. Essential Functions • Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for the ages of the children in their charge • promote each child's cognitive, educational, social, cultural, physical, emotional and recreational development • Establish and implement programs and activities • Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards. • Communicate directly with parents to achieve success for each child. • Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with all children and their families
