My husband and I are looking for a nanny for our 2 children in Orchard Park. Our son will be 3 years old. He is energetic, sweet and creative. Our daughter will be 5 months. She is kind natured and bright eyed. We also have a nice indoor cat. I work part time and my schedule varies on a 4 week rotation in a repetitive reliable manner. On average is 20 hours needed a week; 80 hours in a month. In our house we love the outdoors, crafts, baking and creative play. We focus on authoritative boundaries. We are looking for a long term caregiver who is engaged with our children and creates a warm nurturing environment.
