Looking For Nannies With Special Needs Experience.

I'm looking for a nanny for Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have a 4-year-old son who is diagnosed with autism, the weekdays you would be getting him off the school bus around 2:10. He goes down for a nap from 3-5, then he just plays until his father gets home from work. His fathers work schedule isn't always the same so he could be home from work anytime between 7 and 830. He is a very sweet boy, he is technically nonverbal, but has his ways of getting what he wants and needs across to you. He is still in diapers. We do have a cat also.
