Having a baby, due july 7, plan on taking about 3 months off of work and will need childcare after that. My wife works from home but will be unable to watch baby, due to being at work. I am a nurse, thus my schedule changes weekly. I know my schedule about 6 weeks in advance and will know which days we need childcare about 4-6 weeks in advance.
