A little more about what I am looking for: Schedule (Dec-March): 12 hours per week / 3 days (8 a.m. - 12 p.m. ) Schedule (March-June): 20ish hours per week / 5 days (8 a.m. - 12 p.m. ) We have some flexibility to extend until 1 p.m. on Fridays if preferred. Our son is 2. 5 years old and attends school Monday through Thursday from 12:202:50 p.m. We are expecting our second baby in March, so our goal is to help our son build a strong, comfortable relationship with his new caregiver during the winter months, before increasing hours in the spring.
