Part-Time Nanny Position For Energetic 4 Month Old In Brooklyn

We are looking for a part time caregiver for our 4-month-old boy for three days a week, 10am-3pm, with additional opportunities for nights and weekends. My husband works full time in tech and I am a freelance creative. My husband works from home and I will work from home or nearby. We are looking for someone who is passionate about child development and who will foster a sense of learning and exploration for our child, through age-appropriate play, reading books, playing and talking with him. Our ideal candidate is fluent in English. We are focused on attachment style caregiving and make sure that all our baby’s needs are met. This means that sometimes he needs a contact nap, and we always try to figure out why he’s crying and make it better. Our ideal caregiver would be aligned with us on these practices.
