Part-Time Mothers Helper With Newborn

We're looking for a kind, experienced caregiver to help with our 2-month-old son. We're looking for about 4 hours a day, 2-3 days a week. Duties include feeding, playtime, soothing, and naps. While baby sleeps, light help with dishes and laundry is appreciated. I'll be home much of the time but would like someone comfortable taking initiative and caring for him independently when needed. Must have prior newborn experience and references.
