About the job
We need a nanny for our almost 4-year-old who is slow to trust new adults. She is playful, observant, and funny. You'll need to ease into her circle of trust as she has a lot of anxiety around new adults, especially with speaking to them. Pickups might divert to the park, or might end up at home while one flexible work parent is around. She's into drawing, unicorns, space, and baseball. Transparency and good communication is of the utmost importance. Please only move forward with us of you've fully considered the location, times, etc. and how this works with your schedule and criteria. We've now had two sitters flake on us after not taking into consideration their own travel schedules and it's super frustrating and emotionally draining. Which weekday goes late is flexible. Need 3 out of 4 days Mon-Thurs.
