Greetings Community, My wife and I are loving new parents of a 15-month-old baby girl. We both work from home and have 2 cats. We have most been together on our own up to now and this will be the beginning of our experience with consistent non-family childcare. Our baby is very observant, and curious and is an avid lover of music. We are looking for someone who is patient, and kind and mindful that it might take a little time to get to know a new person. We need support 2 - 3 days a week for the rest of the year and for a further 5 month next year with a break over the December-January period. Our philosophy is very child-led, we do a lot of play and attempt to respond to her curiosity. We are screen free and want to hold off on that as long as possible. Communication is key.
