Looking For Engaging Babysitter For 20 Month Old.

My wife and I are looking for a great babysitter for our 20-month-old daughter in Binghamton. We are looking for one week day during the day, for two to three hours, and one weekend day for 2 to 3 hours. We are flexible with times and days. We would prefer someone who is comfortable with pets, as we have two golden retrievers and chickens. Our ideal candidate would be engaging and excited to play with playing with our daughter, reading to her, assisting with her language development. She is a very talkative and very smart 20-month-old. Other duties would be giving our toddler lunches or snacks, changing diapers as needed, taking her to the park (only a few blocks walk away), dance parties (she likes them), and making a fun and safe environment for her to play and learn.
