We're looking for a warm, dependable nanny to care for our identical twin toddlers during a two-week period while daycare is closed for summer vacation. This is a short-term position, but if it's a great mutual fit, we're hoping to transition away from daycare and continue with in-home care moving forward. Compensation: Were offering $600/week for the initial two-week period, which matches our current daycare cost. If we decide to continue beyond that, we are absolutely open to increasing the rate to reflect the longer-term nature of the role and the value of personalized care. Experience with multiples is appreciated but not required.
