The Role (Day-to-Day Care) The nanny will focus on engaging the baby through age-appropriate developmental and sensory activities, floor play, reading, outdoor exploration, and gentle routine building. Additional responsibilities include child-related tasks such as baby laundry and keeping play and nursery areas tidy. Since driving is not required, the role centers on in-home care and intentional enrichment. The family offers flexibility in scheduling, with 12-25 hours per week depending on the nanny's availability. Collaboration & Communication Mom is primarily at home and will be running errands, nursing, or in and out during the day. She is seeking a nanny who is warm, communicative, and comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home parent. A collaborative, respectful approach is essential-someone who can read the room, take initiative when needed, and maintain a calm and friendly presence. Travel No travel required at this time.
