In-Home Childcare Needed I work from home and am looking for reliable childcare coverage for my two boys (ages 3 and 1). Care is needed 4–5 days per week, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Responsibilities include: • Engaging with and caring for both children while they are awake • Occasional coverage when I need to step out for office visits or appointments • Light housekeeping related to the boys (tidying toys, cleaning up after meals, etc.) • Simple meal prep for the boys (optional, based on rate) What I’m looking for: • Someone dependable and nurturing who enjoys working with toddlers • A long-term fit for our family • Paid time off and sick time available after commitment period If this sounds like a good fit for you, I’d love to talk more!
