Looking For A Part Time Sitter For Our 16m Old, Must Be Willing To Be On Call When Baby #2 Arrives

We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable sitter for our 16month old son. I work from home and sometimes need help with him on Mondays and Fridays. We would also love to have someone who is familiar with our kiddo that we can call on for date nights. We are expecting baby #2 in August so need someone who is willing to be on-call to come stay with him until my mom can get into town. We have two medium/large dogs that are inside dogs so would need someone who is comfortable with them too. We would love to start building our relationship with you over the next couple months :)
