Fun Loving Kiddo Needs A Summer Sitter

Seeking sitter for our 5-year-old son while my husband & I work from home. Looking for someone down to earth who will hang out with our son. W has an active imagination & thrives on companionship & play. Seeking someone who is understanding & flexible. Our son has ASD w/some speech delays & may at times need a different approach or a quiet space to decompress. We like loose routines. Need Assistance: - Getting W up & ready for the day - Meal prep - Direction/guidance (to wash hands after bathroom, to finish meals, clean up time, etc) Experience w/kiddos his age &/or kids with autism a big plus. Ability to redirect him efficiently from mom & dad's office and to enforce consequences (timeouts, etc) as needed. We have a rambunctious (but very sweet) dog (Corgi) & a young semi-skittish & neurotic cat.
