Baby girl was born in Aug and will be about 3 months old when the full time job starts. Looking for someone that can be flexible on hours as both parents work full time and and can't always be home at an exact time. Wants someone who can help keep child to a sleep schedule and help them develop like if a parent was there. Would like someone who is active and enjoys outdoor play.
