Schedule: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Child: 21-month-old We are looking for a part-time early childhood educator to support our toddler's development in a calm, structured, and learning-focused home environment. This is not a nanny role -- it's ideal for someone with early childhood experience who is open to learning, reflective, and enjoys collaborating. My wife holds a PhD in Education and will help guide the learning approach, activity planning, and overall structure. You will not be left to design everything alone -- this is a supportive, team-style role.
