I'm looking for a dependable, patient, & active caregiver for my boss's son a 16yr boy, Sammy, with high-functioning special needs & occasional behavioral challenges. Schedule: -Most often needed on Thursday afternoons (starting around 3:45PM) -Additional hours may be needed, especially when my boss is traveling -On those days evening hours would be needed until Sammy is asleep usually about 8:30-9 p.m. Responsibilities: -Transporting Sammy to & from his afternoon activity (reliable car and clean driving record required) -Providing supervision at home when needed -Engaging him in physical activities before bed (such as walking 12 miles or following him while he rollerblades) physical exercise helps tire him our so that he sleeps -Maintaining firm & consistent boundaries; he may test limits but responds well once expectations are clear
