We're a warm, professional family in West New York seeking a full-time nanny (Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM) for our baby boy (6 months old in Jan 2026). We're looking for a long-term fit (2+ years) with someone experienced, loving, and reliable. Must have 5+ years of infant care experience, excellent references, English speaker, CPR/First Aid certified (or willing), and fully up to date on vaccines including annual flu shot. Must maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. No screen time, no personal phone use during hours. Help introduce solids, support daily routines, and engage baby in developmentally appropriate play. Competitive pay, vacation, sick days, and holidays offered.
