Regular Nanny And/or Per Diem Needed

About the job

My son has severe, non-verbal autism. 99% of the time he plays on his tablet and is clear with what he needs (asks on the tablet or will show you, like brings you an apple if he wants an apple cut). He needs help getting snacks, bathroom reminders (he can do the whole thing on his own or with occasional verbal prompts UNLESS it's messy - we provide gloves). 99% of the time he is super easy, A a bit hyper at times. What I am looking for is someone who can remain calm and keep an eye on his safety for the 1% of the time he has a melt down. He is connected and personable. Sometimes likes interacting/sitting with you, sometimes to be on his own. Generally likes to engage. You are welcome to drive with him (he LOVES being driven). I have lots of needs and AM FLEXIBLE.
