Our daughter will be just over 3 months old, and we want someone who truly loves caring for infants, someone gentle, nurturing, and attentive to her needs. Reliability is very important to us. We need a caregiver who can commit to a consistent schedule and wont call out frequently. The role will take place in our home, and while I will be home during working hours, Ill be in a separate space so you can feel comfortable caring for her independently. Were also hoping to find someone who enjoys getting fresh air with her stroller walks when the weather is nice, simple playtime, and keeping her on a soothing routine.
