I'm helping my sister find someone to help her in the afternoons with her twin newborns. She'll be home and is very hands-on, but needs an extra set of helping hands. Responsibilities: - Help with newborn care: feeding, burping, changing diapers, and soothing - Manage baby-related tasks while the babies nap: washing bottles, tidying baby areas, running baby laundry, and restocking supplies (No responsibilities for her older children, 4-year-old twins.) Ideal Candidate: - Prior newborn experience (twin experience is a plus) - Gentle, patient, dependable - Comfortable with dogs (she had two ~40 lb labradoodles) - Takes basic seasonal health precautions like up-to-date on flu vaccination and willing to wear a mask during high-exposure periods (e. g., after travel or busy public days) to help protect the babies
