Ideally would love if someone picked them up from school and watched them until I arrived from work. The school is only a few blocks from the home, so walking is fine. Once home, if they can assist with some homework help, provide them a light snack and just make sure they don't get into any trouble. Then that works for me. The love to watch movies, dance, play video games and build with stem toys.
