Nanny/Sitter For 3 Children

We are looking for a nanny/sitter for 3 Looking for a nanny/sitter for 3 children in branchburg, NJ. I have a 20-month-old daughter and 4-month-old twins. Currently need about 18-20 hrs a week. I can be flexible between 2 of the days ( if Tuesdays were better than Mondays) but currently thinking Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Monday would be a full day but Wednesday and Friday would be half days. Willing to adjust days and times within my schedule for the right fit. Must be comfortable with dogs. Meals would be prepped would just need to feed but not required to cook.
