M. is a wonderful, cuddly, curious 3-month-old. Mom will be going back to work full time in Mid June at an intense job in NYC. Dad travels frequently for work, including stretches of weeks at a time. Grandparents are engaged but live in Maryland and California, so can't be there on the drop of a hat. Looking for a dependable, caring, stimulating nanny who is flexible in terms of schedule given our dynamic work situation -- current thinking is two 12 hour days while Mom is working in the city, three 8 hour days when Mom can work from home, with potential to have additional hours on nights and weekends if Mom's work is very busy and Dad is away. In terms of activities, we would like M. to have plenty of outdoor time, as well as stimulating age-appropriate play. No screen time for him, and minimal phone use by you.
