Part-Time Nanny Needed (Gentle Transition)

We are a family in Rahway, NJ seeking a calm, nurturing part-time nanny for our 13-month-old daughter. This will be her first experience with non-family care, so were looking for someone patient and emotionally attuned who understands gentle transitions and separation anxiety. Schedule: Approximately 10-15 hours per week to start, over 2-3 weekdays, with the possibility of more hours over time if its a good fit. Responsibilities include: engaging our daughter in age-appropriate activities, supporting naps and routines, meal prep, providing comfort during emotional moments, and light child-related tidying. Ideal candidate: infant/toddler experience, CPR/First Aid certified (or willing), reliable, communicative, and comfortable in a calm home environment where parents may be present.
