Our family is looking for a part-time nanny for our 4-year-old twins. They are in school full time, so we are just looking for 1-2 weeknights and weekend half-day or evening shifts as needed, for a total of 8-12 hours per week. We are looking for someone who can be a parents' helper when we are home and a trusted third adult caregiver when we go out. We are hoping to find someone who can compliment our parenting strengths and be a dependable presence in our daughters' lives. We can guarantee 8 hours a week, and we will pay out the week if we do not need at least 8 hours of care. We can work with you to shape the role to your strengths and interests, as well as your schedule.
