Part-time Babysitter In Phillipsburg Area Needed

We are looking for a part-time sitter for our 2 and a half year old in the Phillipsburg area. It would be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-3 p.m. I work from home so I would be here for any questions or emergencies. Someone who has experience with toddlers with speech delays would be a huge plus. We are also looking for someone who can keep our son engaged during the day in activities, play or crafts. Meal prep would just be getting him snacks and a sandwich at lunch time (which I can make in advance). We are working on potty training so any expertise on that would be greatly appreciated!
