Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 11:30am-6:00 p.m. Thursday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00 p.m. Approx. 39. 5 hours per week Compensation: $33-35/hour - on the books Start Date: By January 1 Live-Out and Long-Term Position A warm and busy family in Summit, NJ is seeking a full-time nanny to join their team and provide loving care for their youngest who is 2 years old. They also have other children ages 6. 5-year-old twins, and a 5-year-old. The focus of the role will be on their energetic 2-year-old, though the home runs as a true team environment, and the family is looking for someone who is collaborative and happy to pitch in where needed. The ideal candidate is upbeat, personable, and proactive-someone who brings positive energy to the household and can balance a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The family values reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills. During the 2-year-old's nap time like 1-3 p.m. and when she's in school (three days per week), the nanny will help around the home with light household tasks related to the children, such as tidying play areas, folding laundry, and assisting with meal prep. Responsibilities include: Providing attentive, engaging care Driving (must be comfortable driving an SUV) Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks Assisting with laundry and light housekeeping related to the kids Working collaboratively with the other nanny and household staff Maintaining a cheerful, can-do attitude and flexible approach Requirements: Strong English skills Valid driver's license and comfort driving family's SUV Confident swimmer Must be comfortable around dogs - family has a small bulldog and a large, friendly mastiff Previous experience caring for multiple children Positive, team-oriented personality thrives in a lively home environment Additional Details: No travel required, but flexibility and willingness to travel are a plus Summer schedule remains the same Position is long-term and live-out
