We're a warm family in Mountainside, NJ seeking a reliable, engaging caregiver for our two kids (20 months and 4. 5 years). Both are currently in daycare; were open to either a true part-time role focused on drop-off/pickup + meal prep + light activities/tutoring, or a broader schedule that includes one or two full days with our toddler and child. We value kindness, consistency, and great communication. Option A: Part-time split (20-25 hrs/wk): mornings for daycare drop-off most days (e. g., 7:30-9:30a) and afternoons most days for pickup/play/homework/meal prep (e. g., 3:00-6:00p). Option B: Option A + one or two full toddler days (e. g., 8:30-5:30), planning age-appropriate outings/activities. Guaranteed weekly minimum for the right fit. Duties: safe driving, kid meals/snacks, light tidy of kid areas, after-school learning enrichment.
