After-School Care + Household Help For Two Great Girls

We are a busy, fun Montclair family looking for a reliable and upbeat after-school caregiver for our two daughters (12 and 10). The ideal person is organized, kind, and confident with school pickups, homework help, and driving to local activities. Responsibilities include: School pickup in Montclair (must have a reliable car). Helping with homework and keeping the girls on track. Driving to after-school activities and practices. Light meal prep and occasional dinner help. Keeping bedrooms tidy and encouraging the girls routines. Occasional errands or light household tasks as needed. Hours: Typically M-F, 2:30-6:30pm, with some flexibility. Looking for somone positive, dependable, and patient who enjoys tweens, can keep them organized, and brings a warm but structured energy to the afternoons.
